1940 WPA Mural by Harold Carpenter called Kingdom of Smoke
located in the stairwell of the Ross Avenue Wilkinsburg Borough Building.
Senior Conservator Rikke Foulke to the left, is cleaning and repairing the mural from the scaffold
Conservator Nancy Boomhower is preparing 2 of the 18 artifacts in Wilkinsburg's Civil War Collection
